One item per box: $6.00 (not available for certain items). To order a gift box, when you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you can choose to have it gift boxed. Simply check the box for Gift Box.

Gift Messages
You can also create a personalized gift message on the Shipping Information page during Check out whether you have selected a gift box or not. Your message will be delivered along with your shipment.

Return Policy
At GiftsThatMakeScents.com our job is to provide you with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition and packing materials within 7 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. (please see paragraph of Returns & Exchanges) If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us. . WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY USED OR OPEN PRODUCT(S). If you send any used or opened items, the package will be returned and/or refused at the time of delivery and you will be charged for additional shipping fees.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift and want to return it, please complete the gift recipient part of the return form within 7 days. We can either refund the credit card used by the purchaser or you can exchange for an item(s) total in the same amount or more.

Returns & Exchanges
When you want to return and to exchange your purchase, upon receipt of your package and up to 7 days only upon receipt of your package, please contact us by phone at 888 755 0003 or you can email customer service at  .
Explain why you want to exchange the item(s), include your name, order number (listed on your order confirmation email), and telephone number. (Please note, we do not refund the original shipping fees.) You will be given an R&A number (Return and Authorization Number). It is important to write this number on the outside of the shipping box to speed the process of your new order.

Please take care and insure your package. It will protect you in case the item(s) are lost or damaged in transit. Once your package has arrived at our Returns Department, we will exchange your item(s) within the next three weeks.
